The Role 

Bryj is looking for an experienced Scrum Master who will use his/her experience and skills to support several squad teams.  Responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. 
  • Ensuring all the scrum events take place and are rightfully conducted. 
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments 
  • Leading and coaching its agile transformation. 
  • Coaching the team members to learn self-management. 
  • Making sure the dev team accurately understands the product requirements. 
  • Helping to accurately estimate the effort a story or task may take. 
  • Ensuring all items in backlog are refined and cleaned. 
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework. 
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur. 
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity. 
  • Supporting communications with other stakeholders. 

Candidate Requirements 

  • Strategic and thoughtful leadership skills 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager 
  • Proven skills leading several teams and creating great work atmosphere 
  • Data driven and experienced in building reports, charts, and feedback through any format 
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology, waterfall, and project management tools (Jira, Clockify, Asana, Slack, etc.) 
  • An independent go-getter who takes initiative while working in fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment with limited resources 
  • Ability to collaborate internally across all functions 
  • Highly organized with strong self-management skills, and an attention to detail 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
